Project Management FAQ

1. What types of projects do you take on?
We work on full-scale interior design projects ranging from single-room renovations to whole-home transformations. Whether we’re managing a ground-up build or furnishing an existing space, we tailor our approach to suit the scale and goals of each client.

2. What should I expect in terms of project cost?
While every project is unique, full-service interior design typically begins at a six-figure investment. This includes architectural finishes, furnishings, and our studio’s time. We’re happy to provide a ballpark range once we learn more about the size, scope, and the level of finish you're envisioning.

3. How long do projects usually take?
Timelines vary depending on complexity and construction schedules, but most projects take 6–18 months from start to finish. We manage everything from early planning and sourcing to installation, keeping the process organized and intentional at every step.

4. Can I save money by making quick decisions?
Yes—timely feedback and decisiveness make a meaningful difference. When clients are able to approve concepts, selections, and layouts efficiently, the design process moves forward smoothly and more cost-effectively. Extended rounds of revisions or delays in decision-making typically result in added time and fees

5. How involved do I need to be during the project?
That’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer a hands-off approach, trusting us to lead the process and present fully considered solutions. Others like to stay more closely involved. Either way, we’ll guide you through a streamlined, structured experience that supports clear communication and thoughtful results.

6. Can I work with you on just furnishings and installation, without a renovation?
Absolutely. We often manage furniture sourcing and installation as a standalone service—whether it's for a single room or furnishing an entire home from scratch. These projects typically start around $30K–$150K per room, depending on scale, materials, and customization. Timelines usually range from 3–6 months, and as with all design work, clear direction and quick decisions help keep things moving efficiently.
