Full Service Design

Our Full-Service Design begins with a deep dive into your space, lifestyle, and vision. From there, we develop a comprehensive design plan—including layouts, finishes, furnishings, and lighting—tailored to the architectural context of your home. Throughout the process, we advise on design decisions and consult with your contractor or trades as needed to ensure the interior vision is thoughtfully executed. Whether it’s one room or an entire residence, we guide every detail to create a space that feels cohesive, intentional, and truly yours.

Full Service Design FAQ

Do you offer flat fee pricing?
Yes. We offer tiered flat-fee packages based on the size and complexity of your project. This structure provides transparency and helps you budget from the start. Hourly rates apply only for add-on services or scope changes.

Whats included in your flat-fee design fee?
Our full-service design service can include mood boards, floor plans, materials and finish selections, furnishings, lighting, and procurement coordination. We also oversee styling and install day. A limited number of site visits are included (typically 3-5). You’ll receive everything you need to bring your space to life with clarity and care.

Whats not included in your flat fee?
We do not provide architectural or engineering drawings, stamped construction documents, or general contracting services. We’re happy to collaborate with your team of professionals or refer trusted partners. Photorealistic renderings and extensive travel are available at an added cost.

How many site visits are included?
Most full-service projects include 3-5 site visits, depending on location and scope. Additional visits can be added at our hourly rate. Remote and design-only projects typically do not include site visits unless requested.

How many rounds of revisions are included?
Our flat-fee services include up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. This ensures a collaborative process while protecting timelines and creative momentum. Additional rounds can be added on an hourly basis.

How do you work with contractors?
While we collaborate closely with your builder or general contractor, we do not assume the role of GC or manage the project. We’re here to help interpret the design, answer questions, and advocate for your vision, but all construction execution is managed by your hired team.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out 36 months before your ideal start date. We take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure every client receives focused attention.

Do you travel for projects?
Yes, we travel for select projects that align with our creative vision and values. Travel fees and accommodations may apply based on location.

What is the hourly rate for additional services?
Our Principal Designer is billed at $400/hour, and Project Designers at $150/hour. This applies to design services outside your original scope, additional site visits, or extended revisions.
